The Clam Bar has been a mainstay in Beach Haven for over 50 years. It was started by Johnny “Potatoes” Mormondo, who built the iconic wooden bar you will see today. It was then passed down to Nell, The Seafood Diva, and her cousins the Garfolas; they carried on the traditions of locally sourced and affordable seafood, along with the famous “no cell phones” policy. The Clam Bar has always been the Queen City’s casual, fun environment to grab a bite and have a chat. We took over The Clam Bar with the intention to keep the tradition alive. After years of working together on LBI, we branched out to create our vision and the next chapter in The Clam Bar’s history; a local hangout with great food and good vibes.
